Join the North San Diego Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for an engaging free training at the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, 928 N Coast Hwy or the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, in the Morris B. Vance Community Room and get help starting your business. This training will provide aspiring English and Spanish speaking small business owners the steps necessary to open their own business.
